🏗 Developer and completion timeline
The developer is Meyland, a brand of the Tân Á Đại Thành group. Meypearl Harmony consists of 3 residential towers of 19 floors with an underground level, and the five-star Grand Mercure hotel is next door. The complex has around 1,100 apartments in total.
• End of 2023: sales of apartments at Meypearl Harmony began.
• 30 May 2024: underground works on the towers began (general contractor Unicons).
• 11 July 2025: main structure work started. The general contractor is Hòa Bình, one of Vietnam's largest construction companies; the contract term is 20 months.
The target completion date is 2027. Your travel advisor can confirm the exact handover date for the tower you choose.

Address: ĐT 975, Bai Truong, An Thoi ward. The complex is part of the first phase of Meyhomes Capital (Aqua sub-zone). Bai Truong beach is about 150 m to the south, the Grand Mercure hotel and Biển Ngọc square are to the west, and residential areas and infrastructure of Meyhomes Capital are to the north.
🛂 Can foreigners buy an apartment?
Yes. Under Vietnam's housing law, foreigners can buy an apartment in a residential complex with ownership for 50 years, with the option to extend. Foreigners may own no more than 30% of apartments in one building, so it's best to book the units you like early.
The "long-term ownership" mentioned in the developer's advertising refers to Vietnamese citizens. Your travel advisor will explain the deal structure and documents. We also recommend speaking with a lawyer before you buy.
🔢 How to read the price list and what affects the price
Each apartment has a code, for example A.06.02: the letter is the tower (A, B or C), the first number is the floor, and the second number is the apartment's number on that floor.
The price depends on the tower, floor and location of the apartment. For example, a 28 m² studio in tower A on floor 6 costs from 2.21 billion VND, on floor 12 around 2.40 billion VND, and in tower C around 2.92 billion VND. A 44 m² 1+1 on floor 3 is 3.01 billion VND, and the same unit on floor 15 is around 3.50 billion VND.
The floor plans show which apartments face the sea and which look toward the city and Radar Mountain. Your travel advisor will send the plans and find a unit with the view you want.
💰 What makes up the final price
Prices on the list are base prices, before the developer's discounts, and exclude VAT and the building maintenance fund. Payment follows the developer's payment schedule. Your travel advisor will calculate the discount for a specific apartment and the total amount including all payments.
