I highly recommend Ksenia from Big Travel. We booked a speedboat for a private trip to the southern islands for our group. Everything was very well organised, and Ksenia replies very quickly! The boat was good and clean. On board we had water and an ice box to keep our wine and prosecco cold. The crew was polite and, best of all, they took us to the islands before the crowds arrived, so we had time to take loads of photos. When large group tours come, that's simply impossible because of the crowds. We brought our own drone and flew it a lot, but we also used the free drone filming included in the price, and the finished photos were sent to me by AirDrop straight away. Hello Ksenia, we were thrilled with the tour and loved everything, especially our guide, a wonderful man. We were also very happy that you included the Coconut Prison. We hadn't planned to go, but one girl in our group was really set on it. The Coconut Prison was great: they let you try things, they don't just talk. We got to taste fish sauce and some kind of local liquor. In short, we're delighted with you. We have another tour with you coming up, and we also booked the boat for the 23rd. So far everything is great, and thanks to Mikhail too, he helped us a lot. We've been riding everywhere on his pass for several days.

5 Islands tour: at the second stop they offer photo and video shooting, which is included in the price. On site you can rent flowing dresses, as the photos are taken on swings. You can bring your own outfit to save time on changing. The beaches were clean, there were no waves, and there were no extra stops at random shops pushing you to buy things. Our guides were Igor and Marina, so it was easy to ask questions. Toilets cost 10 dong and showers 20 dong, so bring small change. Lunch was hearty and Vietnamese.

Safari + Star Beach: at the zoo we paid extra for a buggy, +100 dong per person, so we didn't have to walk in the heat and could see everything. The bird show was excellent, the animal areas were very interesting, the park is well designed, and there's plenty of shade. Lunch was very tasty. You can also try super-fresh oysters and sea urchins there, 50–60 dong each. I'd recommend eating them there, as elsewhere it's not clear when they were caught. The road to Star Beach is quite rough, so I don't recommend driving there yourself: there's road repair work, and riding a bike in the dark takes superhuman driving skills. Our guides were Maria and Anh. Maria knows a great deal about life in Vietnam, and Anh is Vietnamese and speaks excellent English. Both are fun to talk to. They share local traditions, tell you where to shop, and give plenty of other useful tips.
