I'd like to recommend Ksenia at Big Travel. We booked a fast speedboat for a private trip to the southern islands for our group. Everything was very well organised, and Ksenia replies very quickly! The boat was good and clean, and on board we had water and an ice box to chill our wine and prosecco. The staff were polite and, best of all, we were taken to the islands while no one else was there, so we had time to take loads of photos (when the big group tours arrive, that's impossible because of the crowds). We had our own drone and flew it a lot, but we also used the free drone filming service included in the price, and the finished photos were sent to me straight away via AirDrop. Hi Ksenia, we were thrilled with the tour and loved everything, especially the guide, a wonderful man. We were also very happy that you included the Coconut Prison, because at first it wasn't on the plan and we really wanted to go there. One girl in our group was totally set on it. Everything was great, and they let you try things rather than just talking about them. At the fish sauce stop we were allowed to taste it, and there was some kind of alcohol to try too. Anyway, we loved it. We have another tour with you coming up, and we've booked the yacht too, but the boat is needed on the 23rd. So far everything is great. Thank you for Mikhail, he helped us a lot. We've been getting around everywhere on his ticket for several days now.

5 Islands tour: at the second stop, you'll be offered photo and video shooting, which is included in the price. On site you can rent flowy dresses, as the photos are taken on swings. Bring your own outfit if you want to save time changing. The beaches were clean, there were no waves, and there were no extra stops at random shops pushing you to buy things. The guides were English-speaking, so it was easy to ask extra questions. Toilets cost extra (10 VND) and showers cost 20 VND, so bring small change. Lunch was filling and Vietnamese.

Safari+ and Star Beach: at the zoo we added a buggy for an extra 100 VND per person, so we didn't have to walk in the heat and could see everything. The bird show was excellent, the animal areas were very interesting, the park is nicely designed and has plenty of shade. Lunch was delicious. You can also try very fresh oysters and sea urchins there, 50-60 VND each. I'd recommend that, because at other places it's not always clear when they were caught. The road to Star Beach is quite rough, so I don't recommend driving there yourself. The road is under repair, and riding a bike in the dark needs superhuman driving skills. Our guides were Maria and An. Maria knows a lot about life in Vietnam, and An is Vietnamese and speaks good English after studying in Ufa. Both are great to talk to. They share local traditions, tell you where to shop and give lots of useful information.
