How long is the tour?

The tour lasts 3 days and 2 nights, including return flights from Nha Trang to Hanoi. In practice, it's a full programme with no empty days: on day one, a Hanoi sightseeing tour; on day two, a Ha Long Bay cruise with a night on the boat; on day three, the caves and the return.

Is there a Russian-speaking guide?

Yes, in Hanoi you are accompanied by a Russian-speaking guide, who shows you the key sights and helps organise your day. On the Ha Long cruise, an English-speaking crew or guide is usually on board, but the programme is very clear: the briefing, activity times and boarding and disembarking are well organised.

Is the tour suitable for children?

Yes, the tour is family-friendly, with many beautiful locations, easy walks and comfortable logistics. Terms: children under 2 travel free, and children under 120 cm pay the child rate. Note that there are flights and a night on the boat, so for very young children it's best to plan their routine and snacks in advance.

When is the best time to book?

We recommend booking at least 3–5 days before your preferred date, so you can confirm the flights, your hotel in Hanoi and your places on the cruise without rushing. In high season and on public holidays, book even earlier to get the most convenient timing.

What transport is used?

The tour includes a return flight (Nha Trang ⇄ Hanoi) and minivan transfers along the route. Everything is arranged so you don't have to think about connections: you are met, transported, accompanied and taken back to your hotel.

What should I bring on the trip?

What to bring: a passport or a copy, comfortable shoes for walking, light clothing and a thin layer (it gets cooler on the boat in the evening), swimwear (if swimming or activities are possible), sunscreen, a charger and power bank, and some cash for personal expenses.

Where are the overnight stays?

There are two overnight stays: the first is at a hotel in Hanoi, and the second is on a boat in Ha Long Bay (in a cabin). This is the highlight of the tour: you watch the sunrise at sea and spend the evening on the cruise among the islands.

How do meals work on the programme?

Meals are arranged so you don't have to look for a café on the go: on the cruise day, lunch and dinner on board are included, along with breakfasts as per the programme (depending on the accommodation format). You can also pick up light snacks and water for the road, especially on flight days.

What if it rains or there is fog in Ha Long Bay?

Weather in the bay can change quickly. Fog even adds to the atmosphere, and rain is usually short-lived. The captain adjusts the route and activities for safety. The programme usually stays the same, but the order of stops may change. Just bring a light rain jacket and protection for your phone or camera.

Can I cancel or change the date?

Changes and cancellations depend on the flight conditions and the rules of the specific cruise or hotel. It is best to tell us as early as possible, as this gives you a better chance to keep your payment or move your date with minimal loss.
